Simona Daguati

Simona Daguati is a post-doctoral researcher studying different facets of mathematics learning. She joined the learning and instruction group of Prof. Dr. Martina Rau in February 2025.

In her dissertation project she investigated the role of working memory for mathematical problem solving in advanced school mathematics.

Furthermore, Simona was part of the project team for a longitudinal large-scale study on mathematics learning, in which the impact of cognitively activating teaching materials was evaluated. She holds a Master of Science and a teaching diploma in mathematics.
